Services

All services are provided as agreed upon at the time of booking. Pricing may vary based on home size, condition, and additional requests.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled service time. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Liability

While we take great care in every home, YEG Sparkle Cleaners is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service.
